This 1964, 1965 and 1966 FORD F-100- F-250 Style Side Front Header Panel, and the front bed sill, are American Made by Carolina Classics F-100s, to the highest quality and the only one of its kind. They are made with the same gauge metal that the originals were made of. Designing & Machining 3 huge separate dies to stamp the panel, and 3 separate dies to also form and stamp the Front Cross Member that comes with the panel (or can be purchased by itself) you'll see there was no cost cutting to get this kind of quality.

This is the vertical panel that goes at the front of the bed, just below the rear cab window. This panel also comes with the front cross member that goes directly underneath it to support the front of the bed, when it's installed. When you bundle the panel and the sill in one order you SAVE $40.00.

The Carolina Classics Front Bed Sill's are available by the above part C4TZ-8300125-CD) I don't know of anyone who's making the short bed sill's between the front or rear of the wheel tubs. However we have had numerous customers purchase 2 extra front sills, and cut the required amount OFF, to fit in place of their rusted or mangled original ones, in that area.
