Carolina Classics F-100's is committed to maintaining every customer's privacy. We collect and store information you share with us (name, address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and credit card information). All information is kept secure. We do not share, sell, trade names, or details about you or your purchases. We do not participate in or contribute to cooperative or shared databases that give other companies access to this information.
We reserve the right to make price changes without notice due to manufacturing cost increases.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD online
All orders are shipped UPS when possible. We will ship by ground or air depending on the request of the customer. Some items may require a oversize or overweight shipping rate. Extra charges will be added to your invoice. Ask when or before ordering about any additional charges.
If you receive an obviously damaged package, refuse it and it will be shipped back to Carolina Classics F-100's and you will receive another order. If you receive a package and upon opening it find damaged contents you must notify the carrier to file a claim. DO NOT SHIP IT BACK TO CAROLINA CLASSICS F-100'S. After you file your claim keep the original shipping container in the same condition it was in when you receive it for later viewing by the carrier. In the event of a shortage on your order let us know within 48 hours.
All returns must have a return authorization number. You can get this number by calling 1-800-598-4211. Returns must be made within 30 days (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned parts. Carolina Classics F-100's will accept returns shipped back to us PREPAID only.
Carolina Classics F-100's will not be responsible for personal injury or property damage caused by use or misuse of any product we sell or remanufacture. We guaranty parts for 30 days to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will refund the original purchase price or replace the part up to 30 days from shipping date.
